Dutchess is in foster care with Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter. She is living with her mom and 2 siblings. They are silly happy kittens. Dutchess is learning to socialize with cats, dogs, and children. She needs a forever home. The adoption fee is a $40.00 deposit that will be returned once you schedule an appointment thru us and she is spayed at 4 months
