Duke’s Adoption Fee is Sponsored By Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter!

Duke is STILL at the Bedford County Animal Shelter. Unfortunately, due to an old injury, Duke isn’t able to move his tail. Duke has seen a vet for a check up. He does seem to have bowel full control, however he does his business a little differently. This has made finding a home quite the challenge. Not to mention he is one of many hounds searching for a home in a rural, open intake, county shelter. It’s such a shame too, because this boy is just wonderful. He seems to get along well with other dogs and is so friendly. He is hoping someone out there will love him “flaws” and all. Duke does not need any assistance at this point that we can tell as long as his stool is not loose.
