We are at a loss as to what to do. Right now the shelter is totally full. There are dogs in every place possible inside and outside of the facility. There have been 2 large groups of intakes from court case dogs. Those dogs have been now been surrendered. Friends of Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter, Inc. is currently footing the bill to board 8 dogs. With a heavy discount it is costing us $800 a week. We are without a choice. Our rescue group is donation based, and it’s putting a huge hurting on our funds. Other than the boarding, we will be paying for all of the spays/ neuters, vaccinations, and much needed medical care. We hate to ask for donations when this is such a hard time financially for so many. If you are in the position to donate even a few bucks we would appreciate it.

Here are pics of the dogs from one of the court cases. Molly, Milo, and Sweet Pea, have found placement. The others will be searching for homes as well. Our hearts go out to these animals and we are thankful that they will get the food, care, and medical attention they need.
