Davie, the dashingly handsome Treeing Walker Coonhound

This guy is guaranteed to make you smile. Davie is around 5 years old and such a cool pup. He is very friendly, but aloof, which is great for a family who wants a loveable pup, but isn't interested in having a needy, attention-hungry pet. Davie LOVES going for walks and would benefit greatly from some leash training, as he does pull, but in his defense, there is no smell that goes un-sniffed when Davie is out, so he doesn't mean to pull, he just wants to sniff those sniffs!!

Davie has done well with other dogs he has met at the shelter, but we would require a meet and greet with any current dogs in the home.

He is NOT suited for a house with cats or livestock!

This sweet guy has been with us since before Christmas, and despite being absolutely gorgeous, just hasn't gotten the attention he deserves when people visit the shelter.
