Levi came in as a stray and was never reclaimed. If you look at these photos, the first three (Levi smiling ) are her now, while the latter three are when she first arrived at the shelter.

Poor Levi had a horrible case of demodex mange that required medicated baths, but you can see what a difference in both looks and demeanor a little love and attention have made in her young life.

Levi is only about a year old and has so much life and love to give. She is full of energy, loves to play, and would be the perfect companion for an outdoorsy person or family. Hiking, running, swimming...Levi is down for it all. She gets along with other dogs at the shelter, wanting to play with them, and seems to love everyone...a lot!!! She is high energy, so small children may be accidentally knocked down...not out of any spite or malice...merely because Levi is so excited at the prospect of a playmate!!

We wouldn't recommend Levi live in a house with cats, as she may find them too tempting of a plaything!! She may be fine, but based on our observations, it would most likely be best for her companions to be her size or larger!!
