Petey is a 7 month old Husky puppy who has been through quite a bit in his short life already. He came into the shelter with 2 broken legs, one healed, but the other needed surgery which requires crate rest while he recuperates. As you may imagine, a young husky is not a big fan of his "chill time" and gets quite talkative in his crate while he is made to rest!!!

Petey is super sweet and loves to snuggle, but he is also full of puppy energy and LOVES to play, with people and other dogs!!

He is mostly housebroken, but needs a little more work and reinforcement. He neutered and vaccinated.

Petey will need either a fenced in yard, or an active adopter who will commit to providing this energetic youngster with the exercise his breed requires.

Petey's start to life wasn't the best, but we made sure that he got the medical care that he needed and now all he needs is the right home!!
