Small Dog People! This guy is pure cuteness!

Meet Toby! He’s 5 to 6 to years old and 14 pounds. He’s in a foster home and does seem to be jealous of his person when it comes to other dogs. He loves people though and would really love to be an only pup. He is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He’s playful and fun, but also loves to snuggle.
