Tommy is a sweet older gentlemen who hasn't been dealt the best hand in life up to this point, but we are hoping that will change for his golden years. For most of his life he has been chained to a barrel as shelter, and had an unpredictable schedule of food and water. Despite receiving the bare minimum care and affection from his past humans, Tommy is always happy to see people, and adores having his ears rubbed. We think he would be elated to learn how to be a house hound with reliable kibble and unlimited scritches. Tommy has been at Riverside Veterinary being loved on and gaining weight for two months now, he is so ready for a new forever! He is about 9 years old, vetted, and will be neutered before adoption. He is currently being boarded off site due to Bedford County Animal Shelter being full.
