SENIOR ALERT‼️‼️FULL Bedford County Animal Shelter‼️

Sebastian is now available for adoption at the Bedford County Animal Shelter.  He is a shy but very sweet little fella. Sebastian is just a little over 20 pounds and approximately 12 years old. On Friday Sebastian had a check up, neuter, and bloodwork. Everything looked fine with his bloodwork. However, after X-rays it was determined that Sebastian does have hip dysplasia and luxating patella in his back right knee. He will need to be on pain meds daily for the rest of his life. We would really like to find him a good home very soon. A concrete floor is no place for a senior dog, especially with his ailments. The staff makes him as comfortable as possible and he does have a kuranda bed to sleep on. He would be so much more comfortable in a nice soft doggy bed in your living room. Sebastian doesn't seem to have any interest in cats and was submissive with other dogs. Anyone out there have room in your heart and your home for Sebastian??
