I am Skylar, the cone with a face! When I'm not in a cone, I'm actually an 8 month old, 26 lb female beagle, available for adoption through Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter. I think other dogs are lots of fun to play with and I'm super loving with my people. I'm getting to be well versed in crate training as well. I'm fully vetted, spayed and I also seem to be housebroken.
