He is quite the little talker!
Dutch is a 4 month old cutie. His neuter and vaccines have been sponsored by Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter. He’s such a cute little mini panther. Dutch is a talker as you can see. I am pretty sure he was telling us to please get him out of there! Dutch wants a forever home of his own. If you are interested in Dutch, please fill out an application for preapproval.
