Meet Scamper!! Ginger Cuteness Alert 

As you can see, Scamper is quite the little talker! He loves to be held and with people. Scamper is currently in FOBCAS foster care with cats, dogs, and a human youngster. He will ready for a forever home in approximately 3 weeks, (depending on his growth). Scamper will be neutered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccinations.
