Leo is a precious, almost three-month-old Chihuahua mix.  He is neutered and UTD on current vaccines.  He is working on becoming house trained, and will need love and patience with this.  Please contact fobcasfriends@gmail.com if you have any questions. The adoption fee is $200 with an approved application and home visit.
