Bella is on FOBCAS foster care. She is a special senior soul. Bella is 9 years old and at most 5 pounds. She is not a fan of strangers and is fearful (and growly) until she is comfortable with you. It has to be on her terms. Bella is great with her foster family and loves to cuddle in their laps. She does well with the other dogs in the home as well. Bella would be best suited for a calm home where she can snuggle with her person or snooze in a nice doggy bed. She is housebroken and crate trained.
