All He Needs Is a Chance...❤️

This handsome guy is Jasper. When I first took him out of his kennel for a walk he was a wild man. He was pulling and jerking and darn near flipping. Then I realized he was just really scared. He had likely never been on a leash and certainly wasn't too sure about me. I tried to soothe him. Jasper slowly came over to me with a look of confusion and nervousness. His head was low and body crouched. The urge to get a little reassurance outweighed the fear. The moment I touched him there was a slight flinch, shortly followed by him relaxing to my touch. All this guy ever wanted was someone to comfort him and show him some kindness. Within minutes we were able to take this photo. Please come out and meet this special guy. He is simply precious. FOBCAS has sponsored his neuter and rabies vaccination. His adoption fee is waived for a qualified adopter. He is about a year old and seems to be good with other dogs.
