Special Needs Boy Searching For a Forever Home! This is Oscar. This Shih Tzu mix is approximately 3 years old and 14 pounds. He is in foster care with Friends of Bedford a County Animal Shelter. He is loving and sweet. He looooooves belly rubs and does well with other dogs. Oscar also happens to be blind. Oscar is not looking his very best right now, because came in really matted and has been shaved. He will need a patient family that will help him adjust. I am the proud momma of a blind Border Collie.
